PARENTING - Coming Fall 2026: Earn a Certificate
Earn a Cooperative Preschool and Family Engagement certificate in two semesters by completing two Parent Child Workshop classes, Child Development at the Parent-Child Workshop (ECEP NC010) and Child, Family, Community at the Parent-Child Workshop (ECEP NC011).
CULINARY ARTS - Coming Spring 2027: FREE Hands-on Cooking and Baking Classes
In Spring 2027, enjoy engaging, hands-on culinary classes to support skill-building for both home cooks
and those interested in professional pathways. Watch for new offerings like Global Street Food, Global Holiday & Special Topics, Practical Table Service, and Safe Food Preparation and Serving.
